Flow Builder

The Flow Builder lets you create automation workflows visually using drag-and-drop.

What is a Flow?

A flow is a series of automatic actions that run when a specific trigger occurs. Examples:

• Customer sends "price" → auto-reply with price list → wait 1 hour → send follow-up
• New contact created → send welcome message → add "new lead" tag

How to Build a Flow

1. Go to Automation from the sidebar
2. Click Create Flow
3. Build the workflow using drag-and-drop:

Available Nodes

• Trigger — What starts the flow (incoming message, new contact, etc.)
• Send Message — Send a WhatsApp message
• Wait/Delay — Wait a specified period before the next step
• Condition — Make decisions based on conditions (if/else)
• Add Tag — Add a tag to the contact
• Assign — Assign the chat to a team member

4. Connect the nodes according to your desired flow
5. Click Save and Activate

Tips

• Start with simple flows, then add complexity
• Test flows before activating
• Use delays between messages to keep things natural
