Create a Campaign

Campaigns let you send bulk WhatsApp messages to your contact list.

Steps

1. Go to Campaigns from the sidebar
2. Click Create Campaign
3. Set up the campaign details:
   • Campaign name
   • Instance — Select the sending WhatsApp number
   • Recipients — Choose contacts or tags
   • Message — Write a message or select a template
   • Schedule — Send now or schedule for later
4. Preview the message
5. Click Start Campaign

Campaign Status

Status	Meaning
Draft	Not yet sent
Active	Currently being processed
Processing	Messages are being sent
Paused	Temporarily stopped
Completed	All messages have been sent
Cancelled	Campaign was cancelled

Important Tips

• Don't spam — Only send relevant messages
• Sending intervals — The system sends messages gradually to avoid getting your account banned
• Test first — Send a test to yourself before broadcasting
• For WABA, you need to use an approved template to initiate conversations
