The AI Agent is an AI-powered chatbot that can automatically reply to customer messages on your behalf.

How It Works

The AI Agent reads incoming messages, understands the context, and generates relevant replies based on your business information and conversation history.

How to Set Up

1. Go to AI Agent from the sidebar
2. Configure the agent:
   • Business description — Tell the AI about your business, products, and services
   • Tone — Set the reply tone (formal, friendly, casual)
   • Language — Set the preferred reply language
   • Instance — Choose which WhatsApp number the AI handles
3. Enable the AI Agent
4. Test by sending a message to your WhatsApp number

When Does It Reply?

• The AI Agent replies to incoming messages when no team member has responded within the configured timeout
• It can handle common questions like pricing, availability, and business hours
• For complex queries, it can hand off the conversation to a human team member

Notes

• This feature requires an AI-enabled plan
• The AI Agent works alongside auto-reply — auto-reply triggers first for exact keyword matches, AI handles everything else
• You can review AI-generated replies in the chat history
