Auto-Reply
Auto-reply lets you set automatic responses when customers send messages.
How to Set Up
- Go to Auto-Reply from the sidebar
- Click Create Auto-Reply
- Configure:
- Trigger keyword — The keyword that triggers the auto-reply (e.g., "price", "hello")
- Reply message — The automatic reply message
- Instance — Choose which WhatsApp number to apply it to
- Match type — Exact match or contains
- Click Save
Tips
- Use auto-reply for frequently asked questions like pricing, operating hours, or location
- You can set up multiple auto-replies for different keywords
- Auto-reply works 24/7 even when you're offline
