Auto-Reply

Auto-reply lets you set automatic responses when customers send messages.

How to Set Up

  1. Go to Auto-Reply from the sidebar
  2. Click Create Auto-Reply
  3. Configure:
    • Trigger keyword — The keyword that triggers the auto-reply (e.g., "price", "hello")
    • Reply message — The automatic reply message
    • Instance — Choose which WhatsApp number to apply it to
    • Match type — Exact match or contains
  4. Click Save

Tips

  • Use auto-reply for frequently asked questions like pricing, operating hours, or location
  • You can set up multiple auto-replies for different keywords
  • Auto-reply works 24/7 even when you're offline
