Chat Assignment

Distribute conversations to team members so every customer is handled by the right person.

Manual Assignment

  1. Open a conversation in Chats
  2. Click the assignment icon (at the top of the chat)
  3. Select a team member from the list
  4. The chat will be assigned to that member

Chat Rotation

Chat rotation automatically distributes new conversations to team members in a round-robin fashion.

  1. Go to Settings > Chat Assignment
  2. Enable Auto-assign
  3. Select the team members to include
  4. New conversations will be distributed automatically

Notes

  • Team members only see chats assigned to them (depending on settings)
  • Admins can see all conversations
