Chat Assignment
Distribute conversations to team members so every customer is handled by the right person.
Manual Assignment
- Open a conversation in Chats
- Click the assignment icon (at the top of the chat)
- Select a team member from the list
- The chat will be assigned to that member
Chat Rotation
Chat rotation automatically distributes new conversations to team members in a round-robin fashion.
- Go to Settings > Chat Assignment
- Enable Auto-assign
- Select the team members to include
- New conversations will be distributed automatically
Notes
- Team members only see chats assigned to them (depending on settings)
- Admins can see all conversations
