Lead Management

Leads help you track prospects from initial interest through to becoming a customer.

View Leads

  1. Go to Leads from the sidebar
  2. The leads list is displayed with current status

Lead Form

Create forms to capture leads automatically:

  1. Go to Lead Form
  2. Click Create Form
  3. Configure:
    • Form name
    • Required fields (name, phone, email, etc.)
    • WhatsApp instance for auto-reply
    • Thank you message
  4. Share the form link with prospects
  5. New leads will come in automatically

Lead Rotator

Automatically distribute leads to team members:

  1. Go to Lead Rotator
  2. Enable rotation
  3. Select the team members to include
  4. New leads will be distributed in a round-robin fashion
