Lead Rotator

The Lead Rotator automatically distributes incoming leads to your team members in a round-robin fashion, ensuring fair and even distribution.

How to Set Up

1. Go to Lead Rotator from the sidebar
2. Enable the rotator
3. Select the team members to include in the rotation
4. Configure the rotation rules:
   • Round-robin — Leads are assigned one by one to each member in order
   • Active members only — Only assign to members who are currently online

How It Works

1. A new lead comes in (from a lead form, WhatsApp message, or API)
2. The system checks the rotation list
3. The lead is automatically assigned to the next team member in line
4. The assigned member gets a notification

Notes

• You can pause or remove team members from the rotation at any time
• If a member is removed, leads skip to the next available member
• Works with both lead forms and manual lead creation
