Sales Pipeline

The pipeline helps you track deals from the first stage through to close.

Kanban View

The pipeline is displayed as a Kanban board:

  • Each column = one sales stage (e.g., New, Contacted, Quoted, Negotiation, Won, Lost)
  • Each card = one deal/opportunity
  • Drag & drop cards to move them between stages

How to Use

Add a Deal

  1. Go to Pipeline
  2. Click Add Deal
  3. Enter:
    • Deal name
    • Value (RM)
    • Related contact
    • Current stage
  4. Click Save

Move a Deal

  • Drag and drop the card to the appropriate column
  • Or open the deal and change the stage manually

Customize the Pipeline

You can customize pipeline stages to match your sales flow in Settings.
