Product Reviews

Allow customers to leave reviews on your products and manage them from the admin panel.

Managing Reviews

1. Go to Store > Reviews
2. View all submitted reviews
3. For each review you can:
   • Approve — Make the review visible on the product page
   • Reject — Hide the review
   • Delete — Permanently remove the review

Review Details

Each review includes:

• Customer name
• Star rating (1-5)
• Review text
• Date submitted
• Product name

Notes

• New reviews are pending by default until you approve them
• Approved reviews are displayed on the product page
• Good reviews help build trust and increase sales
