Store Notifications

Automatically send WhatsApp messages to customers when their order status changes.

Available Notifications

Event	Description
Order Confirmed	Sent when a customer places an order
Payment Received	Sent when payment is confirmed
Order Shipped	Sent when the order is shipped
Order Completed	Sent when the order is marked complete
Order Cancelled	Sent when the order is cancelled

How to Configure

1. Go to Store > Notifications
2. For each notification type:
   • Enable/disable the notification
   • Customize the message template
   • Choose the WhatsApp instance to send from
3. Click Save

Message Variables

Use these variables in your notification messages:

• {customer_name} — Customer's name
• {order_number} — Order reference number
• {order_total} — Total order amount
• {product_name} — Product name(s)
• {tracking_number} — Shipping tracking number

Notes

• Notifications are sent via the WhatsApp instance you select
• Make sure the instance is connected before enabling notifications
