General
How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect?
It depends on your subscription plan. The free plan allows 1 instance, while paid plans allow more.
Is my number safe?
Yes. nakwasap does not store your WhatsApp password. Connections are made through QR code (Baileys) or the official API (WABA).
Can I use it on my phone and computer at the same time?
Yes. nakwasap works as a linked device, so you can still use WhatsApp on your phone as normal.
Chat & Messaging
Why aren't my messages being sent?
Possible reasons:
- Instance is not connected — check the status in Settings > Instances
- Invalid recipient number
- WhatsApp account has been restricted — contact support
- Monthly message limit has been reached
Can customers tell I'm using nakwasap?
No. Messages are sent from your regular WhatsApp number. Customers can't tell the difference.
Can I send messages to international numbers?
Yes. Use the international number format (e.g., +44 for UK, +65 for Singapore).
Campaigns
How many messages can I send per day?
The limit depends on your plan and your WhatsApp number's reputation. It's recommended to start small and increase gradually.
Why did my WhatsApp account get banned?
WhatsApp may block an account if it detects spam activity. Tips to avoid a ban:
- Don't send messages to numbers that don't know you
- Use the Device Warmer for new numbers
- Make sure messages are relevant and valuable
- Reduce broadcast volume if you're getting a lot of spam reports
Billing
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time in Settings > Billing. Access will remain until the end of the paid period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, a free plan is available with certain limits. You can use it without entering payment information.
