Activity Log

The Activity Log provides a complete audit trail of all actions performed in your account.

Accessing the Activity Log

  1. Go to Settings > Activity
  2. View the chronological list of activities

What's Tracked

  • User logins and logouts
  • Contact creation and updates
  • Message sending
  • Campaign actions (create, start, pause, cancel)
  • Team member changes
  • Settings changes
  • Instance connections and disconnections

Filters

  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by team member
  • Filter by action type

Why It's Useful

  • Security — Detect unauthorized access to your account
  • Accountability — Know who did what and when
  • Troubleshooting — Trace back actions to find the cause of issues
