Activity Log
The Activity Log provides a complete audit trail of all actions performed in your account.
Accessing the Activity Log
- Go to Settings > Activity
- View the chronological list of activities
What's Tracked
- User logins and logouts
- Contact creation and updates
- Message sending
- Campaign actions (create, start, pause, cancel)
- Team member changes
- Settings changes
- Instance connections and disconnections
Filters
- Filter by date range
- Filter by team member
- Filter by action type
Why It's Useful
- Security — Detect unauthorized access to your account
- Accountability — Know who did what and when
- Troubleshooting — Trace back actions to find the cause of issues
