Billing & Subscription

View Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. View your current plan details including:
    • Plan name
    • Contact, user, and instance limits
    • Enabled features
    • Renewal date

Upgrade Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Choose the plan that suits you
  4. Select monthly or annual billing
  5. Complete the payment

Payment Methods

nakwasap supports various payment methods:

  • FPX (Online Banking)
  • DuitNow QR
  • Direct Debit
  • Credit/debit card (via Stripe)

Notes

  • Subscriptions are renewed automatically
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time
  • If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle
