Manage Team
Add team members so multiple people can manage WhatsApp together.
Add a Member
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the new member's email
- Select a role:
- Owner — Full access including billing
- Admin — Full access except billing
- Member — Limited access based on settings
- Click Send Invite
Manage Roles
- Change a member's role from the team list
- Remove members who are no longer needed
- Each role has different access levels
Limits by Plan
The number of team members allowed depends on your subscription plan. Upgrade your plan to add more members.
