Appointment Setup

The appointment system lets customers book appointments with you through a booking form.

How to Set Up

1. Go to Appointments from the sidebar
2. Configure your settings:
   • Operating hours (days and times)
   • Slot duration
   • Buffer time between slots
   • Maximum bookings per day
3. Click Save

Booking Form

Customers can make bookings through the provided booking link:

1. Share the booking link with customers
2. Customer selects a date and time
3. Customer fills in their details
4. Booking is confirmed

Notifications

• Customers receive a WhatsApp confirmation message after booking
• Automatic reminders can be sent before the appointment
• You'll be notified when there's a new booking

Manage Bookings

All bookings are displayed in a list with status:

• Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled
