Terms and payment

Three billing terms: monthly, 6-month and annual, with the per-month equivalent and the saving shown. Pay in Ringgit through FPX, DuitNow or DuitNow QR, or by international card.

Add-ons

—Feature add-ons unlock a capability
—Resource add-ons add capacity and are bought by quantity

When you hit a limit, the message names the exact add-on that lifts it.

Upgrading

Upgrades are prorated: the unused value of your current term is credited against the new one. If that credit is larger than a full term, the surplus becomes bonus days instead of being lost.

Auto-renew

Save a card and subscriptions renew automatically. If a charge fails, it retries on a schedule with a grace period, and the billing page shows a clear warning banner.

Documents and trials

An invoice PDF for every payment, plus a proforma invoice for your upcoming renewal, and one per add-on. Trials have their own caps on contacts and messages, with reminder notices before expiry.

There is no self-service cancel button. Contact support to end a subscription.
