Who it messages

—Seed — a manual list of phone numbers you trust
—Self — your team’s other connected numbers. When the other side has no active session, it replies back after a random 10–60 second delay, producing real two-way conversation

Targets are rotated so no single pool gets hammered. Messages go out 3–15 seconds apart, at most 5 per cron run, spreading the daily quota naturally.

Small talk is curated and human-sounding, in English, Malay or a mix. Every send is logged with the exact text, status and day number.
