Sync pulls approval status back from Meta. Editing an approved template is limited to body and footer, which is Meta’s own rule.

Where Local Templates

Free-form templates that need no approval, used by auto-reply, campaigns and agents. Variables are detected automatically from {{tokens}} with example values. One media attachment per template — image, video, document or audio. Six ready samples can be added individually or all at once.
